Dr. Gurpreet Kaur Chhabra
Dr. Gurpreet Kaur Chhabra, is an educator, author , an image consultant and a well- known communication skills trainer, who believes that ‘we are the creators of our own destiny’. She prepares budding, enthusiastic and promising young minds to take up managerial level positions after completing their management education. Apart from training young minds, she also trains people at various management level positions in the corporates, to help them enhance their image and improve their interpersonal and communication skills to grow up the career ladder.
Dr. Gurpreet Kaur, apart from being a faculty at Management Education and Research Institute (affiliated to GGSIPU) has also been associated as guest faculty at Shikhshapeeth College, Indian Hotel Academy, IMT-CDL and AIMA. She has undertaken several training programs and Image consultation sessions at companies like Tata AIA, SCMT, Costumes 360 and Speakout Solutions, to name a few. She is also associated as an evaluator with NMIMS-NGASCE, Mumbai.
Dr. Gurpreet Kaur is a certificated Image Management Consultant. She, has been honored with ‘The Most Consistent Faculty’ award by IHA. She, has also been awarded with ‘The Founder Member’ Certificate for her contributions in establishing the new division, ’Foreva’ division of Unichem Laboratories.
Dr. Gurpreet Kaur, has authored a book on, ‘Consumer Behaviour’ that has been published by Biztantra and distributed by Wiley India Pvt. Ltd. The book reviews have been given by various industry and academia, stalwarts. The foreword of this book has been given by the dean of USMS, GGSIPU, Prof(Dr.) Sanjeev Mittal.
Her second book on ‘Customer Relationship Management’ is in print and shall be published soon. Dr. Chhabra, is an enthusiastic, go-getter, self-motivated and resilient person, with a knack for planning, passion and perfection in all the endeavors she undertakes. She believes that every individual is different and hence should be treated the same. No two individuals have exactly the same problem and therefore the art of consulting each would be different. Her trainees often describe her as, “influential task master” who helps them to realize their hidden talents and nurture them.
